SPORTS CHALLENGE OFFICIAL RULES

These rules govern all SPORTS CHALLENGE contests entered through this website.

The SPORTS CHALLENGE program is open to legal residents whose primary residence is in the Philadelphia DMA (PA - Philadelphia County, PA – Bucks County, PA – Montgomery County, PA – Delaware County, PA – Chester County, NJ – Burlington County, NJ – Camden County, NJ – Gloucester County, and DE – New Castle County). You must fill-in all contact information to be eligible to win.

All participants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to play.

The SPORTS CHALLENGE contests are subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

No Purchase Necessary To Play or Win.

Each SPORTS CHALLENGE contest has a 'How to Play' section, which explains how to play the contest, the contest period, the scoring system, and the prizes related to the contest.

Employees of SportsBallot Inc, Philly Online, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

SportsBallot reserves the right to restrict participation in any contest to only persons whose residence is in a particular state (or in one of several specified states), in which case, such restriction will be stated on the ballot for that contest.

Sports Challenge participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sports Challenge commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Sports Challenge contests.

The SPORTS CHALLENGE contests may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

To become and remain a participant of the SPORTS CHALLENGE, you must have Internet access and a valid e-mail account. SportsBallot Inc., Philly Online, LLC, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for a participant's inability to connect to the Internet, login to the SPORTS CHALLENGE website, gain access to their account, or participate in any activity associated with the contests, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

Limit: ONE SPORTS CHALLENGE ACCOUNT per person (regardless of whether one person has more than one email address) or email address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address).

In the event of a dispute about the identity of the online entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide SportsBallot with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

To register on the SPORTS CHALLENGE, you must fill out the New User registration form. It is free to register and play. You may be asked to consent to receive SPORTS CHALLENGE sponsored e-mails from our partners and SPORTS CHALLENGE contest reminder emails, or emails from the Philly Online, LLC or its partners. Consenting to receive promotional and/or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to become a registered SPORTS CHALLENGE member. After registering on the SPORTS CHALLENGE, participants can play the SPORTS CHALLENGE contests.

In order to submit a sports ballot, a participant must click on the submit button at the bottom of a sports ballot contest and then wait for the SPORTS CHALLENGE timer to countdown to zero. When the SPORTS CHALLENGE timer is complete, a participant’s ballot is officially submitted and the participant will receive a confirmation email which confirms the participant's ballot selections.

To play Hoops Hysteria, participant will need to register or login to SPORTS CHALLENGE and make tournament picks by region. After filling out a region, the participant must click the SAVE button to advance to the next region. After completing all 4 regions, the participant will then make their Final Four picks. To OFFICIALLY SUBMIT bracket picks, participant must click on the “SUBMIT BRACKET” button on the Submit Page. After picks are submitted, participant can print picks. Picks can be edited until the tournament begins. Participant will receive a confirmation email once the brackets have been submitted.

All contest winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable or ineligible for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If SportsBallot or its affiliates cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

National prizes will be mailed to contest winners within 2-4 weeks after a winner has been chosen, unless otherwise indicated.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and may be required to complete an IRS form W-9 or the equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

SportsBallot Inc., Philly Online, LLC, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Prizes are neither non-refundable nor exchangeable. Cash substitutions are not permitted. SportsBallot Inc., Philly Online, LLC, and their respective affiliates make no warranty with respect to any prize and reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, the right to change, modify, or extend contest dates if it should be deemed necessary.

The act of participation in any SPORTS CHALLENGE contest by participants, winners and qualifiers constitutes permission for SportsBallot Inc., Philly Online, LLC, and their respective affiliates, sponsors, and agencies to use the participants name and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Winner agrees to allow use of name, statements, hometown, and photos by SportsBallot Inc., Philly Online, LLC, and their respective affiliates without further compensation.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Sponsor, Philly Online, LLC, and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the contests or with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

SportsBallot reserves the right to disqualify any participant from receiving cash or prize award, where SportsBallot at its sole discretion, determines that the participant has violated any of these rules, made any misrepresentation in connection with this program, or used any unintended/unannounced means to accumulate points.

Other Conditions: SportsBallot Inc., Philly Online, LLC, and their respective affiliates assume no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. SportsBallot reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the SPORTS CHALLENGE program, any SPORTS CHALLENGE ballot contests, and any SPORTS CHALLENGE raffle contests in their entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond SportsBallot's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest program. SportsBallot Inc., Philly Online, LLC, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest by any technical or human errors, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest. SportsBallot reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this contest program at any time and award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. SportsBallot reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or Web site or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. SportsBallot reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or modify this SPORTS CHALLENGE Program at any time, including the termination of all opportunities to use or otherwise redeem accumulated SPORTS CHALLENGE raffle tickets. All SPORTS CHALLENGE accounts may start fresh and with no raffle tickets on a date determined by SportsBallot and its affiliates. Participants will be notified prior to any restart of the raffle ticket system.

User Content Representations and Warranties: By placing material on this website, including but not limited to posting content, communications or text to any SportsBallot bulletin board, forum, group page, message or chat area ("User Content"), you represent and warrant: (1) you own or otherwise have all necessary rights to the User Content you provide and the rights to provide it under these Rules; and, (2) the User Content will not cause injury to any person or entity. Using a name other than your own legal name in association with the submission of User Content is prohibited (except in those specific areas of this website that specifically ask for a username or nickname).

User Content Screening and Removal: You acknowledge that SportsBallot and/or Philly Online, LLC may or may not pre-screen User Content, and shall have the right (but not the obligation), in their sole discretion, to move, remove, block, edit, or refuse any User Content for any reason, including without limitation that such User Content violates these Rules or is otherwise objectionable.

User Content Assumption of Risk: SportsBallot and Philly Online, LLC cannot and do not monitor or manage all User Content, and do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content. All User Content provided to this website is the sole responsibility of the person who provided it. This means that you are entirely responsible for all User Content that you provide.

User Content Posting Rules. Any decisions as to whether User Content violates any Posting Rule will be made by SportsBallot in its sole discretion and after we have actual notice of such posting. When you provide User Content, you agree to the following Posting Rules:

Do not provide User Content that:

* contains copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind without the express permission of the owner of that material.

* contains vulgar, profane, abusive, racist or hateful language or expressions, epithets or slurs, text, photographs or illustrations in poor taste, inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial or religious nature.

* is defamatory, threatening, disparaging, grossly inflammatory, false, misleading, fraudulent, inaccurate, unfair, contains gross exaggeration or unsubstantiated claims, violates the privacy rights of any third party, is unreasonably harmful or offensive to any individual or community.

* violates any right of SportsBallot or Philly Online, LLC.

* discriminates on the grounds of race, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability, or refers to such matters in any manner prohibited by law.

* violates or encourages the violation of any municipal, state, federal or international law, rule, regulation or ordinance.

* interferes with any third party's uninterrupted use of this website.

* advertises, promotes or offers to trade any goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purpose.

* uses or attempt to use another's Registration Account, password, service or system except as expressly permitted by these Rules.

* uploads or transmits viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files, material or code.

* disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of this website, or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through this website or affiliated or linked sites.

* "flames" any individual or entity (e.g., sends repeated messages related to another user and/or makes derogatory or offensive comments about another individual), or repeats prior posting of the same message under multiple threads or subjects.

SportsBallot reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
